Types of Corporate Marquees
Aluminium frame marquees are the modern equivalent of the traditional pole peg marquee.
Frame marquees are ‘clear span’ having no centre poles, giving an obstruction-free internal area. Because they don’t have guy ropes they take up less space and can be used on tight awkward sites.
They are secured to the site using standard ground anchors or held in place with ballast weights or rawl bolts. Frames are designed to be more stable than traditional pole peg marquees, which makes them ideal for winter use where strong winds and potential snow-loading could be a factor.
James Fletcher Marquees have frames available in 3m, 6m, 9m, 12m, 15m, 20m, 25m and 30m widths. We are the only company in the North of England to have 30m wide ‘clear span’ marquees in stock for hire.
All frames are modular and can be increased in length in 3m or 5m sections.
Pagodas or Chinese hat marquees are an excellent addition to create a focal entrance to your frame marquee. They are available in either 3m x 3m, 5m x 5m or 6m x 6m with an attractive single peak.
They can be used for reception drinks, signing in, trade stand, exhibition or VIP area. When they are linked together they create an impressive entrance.
Because they are free standing they are particularly versatile and be used on grass or hard standings.
Pagodas can be fitted with an inner lining, flooring, solid glass or pvc windows, lights and carpeting to compliment and further enhance your marquee.
